Irish parents spend a significant amount every year on grinds. The results are mixed — not because the teachers are not good, but because grinds address the wrong problem. Most students do not struggle because they lack access to explanations. They struggle because nobody has ever taught them how to study. How to plan. How to retain. How to approach an exam with a method rather than anxiety.

HowToStudy.ie was built to fill that gap. We are an introductory platform connecting Leaving Cert students with two types of coach: qualified Irish teachers with classroom experience, and recent graduates who scored at the top of the Leaving Cert and know exactly what got them there.

Get in touch and we'll identify the best coach for your child, then you book and pay them directly. Sessions are €45. You pay the coach — we make the introduction.
